If you install the SW under VISTA:
rightclick on then installation file (ex. inst_wplot2000ex.exe)
in the directory where you stored it and select:
"run as administrator"
FOR WPLOT2000EX users:
If you allready have installed a Version 3.x.x you only need to
update the EXE-file
